Custom lights with sleek modernist lines are comprised of steel frames in graduated sizes, fitted with wire mesh and finished with a custom-gold patina.

Stadium-shaped aluminium frames house five bands of tuneable LED. Acrylic cover plates fit flush with gilded aluminium frames with an applied patina that matches the joinery finishes.

These stunning interior lights are a series of interlocking ovals comprised of around 6,000 individual lengths of chain link in bright gold polished anodised aluminium.

Alkimi Studio designed the premium suites for Sydney’s tallest office tower at 180 George St and Di Emme created the custom pendant light with its six rings with aluminium housings surrounding opal acrylic diffusers.

The circular light in the handwashing bay is constructed from stainless steel and painted black with Dulux Luxathene. It is lit with LED flexible 2700k strip.

The colourful lighting array is a clever arrangement of laser-etched acrylic plates that are top lit with tuneable LED.

Di Emme crafted lamps and moon-shaped lanterns from powder-coated stainless steel with UV-rated acrylic and waterproof tuneable LED strips to illuminate the Ramadan Night Markets and as an enduring acknowledgment of the local culture.

Di Emme created the Haron Robson-designed stars from acrylic spheres internally lit with LED buds and finished with a pearly lustre. The “pearls” are stored for the year, and Di Emme freshens up and installs the custom lighting for the holiday season.

Di Emme gilded the ceiling then added arrays of ring lights in the ceiling coffers of the Engadine Tavern gaming room. Di Emme created a small model to show the client the arrangement of the rings with their different pitches and diameters, manufactured the light rings from aluminium and installed them to match the scale model layout.

A translucent membrane is backlit with tuneable LEDs ranging from daylight white, 6000K, to a warmer 2700K. The light is pre-programmed to change colour from day to evening.

From Luchetti Krelle’s design concept, Di Emme fashioned a stunning bespoke lighting from around 450 anodised aluminium tubes of various lengths, lit at one end with fibre optics. The mirrored-acrylic ceiling creates the illusion they are lit at both ends and doubles the radiance.

Three weeks before opening, the owners approached Di Emme to create the statement fish trap-inspired lights. Di Emme met the brief, fabricating the wire frames, dying the netting a rich saffron to match the clients’ reference, stitching up the shades, and installing the completed lights to add a bright note in the dining room.

Paul Kelly Design (PKD) commissioned Di Emme to create a feature light for the refurbished gaming space. It is comprised of anodised aluminium flat bar punctuated by half-slivered bulbs throwing light upwards onto the stainless steel ceiling.

Di Emme created the spectacular lighting in the gaming area for hospitality specialists, Paul Kelly Design. The work involved threading hundreds of metres of brass ball chain into a ceiling-mounted channel.

Installed at Broadway shopping centre and conceived by Electrolight, the slumped acrylic shapes create a sense of movement.

A+ design group commissioned fibre artist, Jacqui Fink, to create the woollen elements of the awe-inspiring lights in the Esprit Bar. Di Emme created the frames and threaded 3000m of sparkle fibre optic cable to provide an ethereal glow.
